Zusammenfassung:The effects of bound acrylonitrile content, curing system, reinforcing system and plastici-zing system on the corrosion resistance of nitrile rubber (NBR) to common chemical media in the field of petroleum exploitation were studied. The results showed that with the increase of bound acrylonitrile content, the physical and mechanical properties and thermal air aging resistance of NBR vulcanizates increased, the resistant to non-polar media such as kerosene and submarine control fluid was better, the resistance to methanol, distilled water and ethylene glycol aqueous solution decreased gradually, and the resistant to acid, alkali and brine had little diffe-rence. The curing system affected mainly the physical and mechanical properties and heat air aging resistance of NBR vulcanizates, and had little effect on the resistance of NBR vulcanizates to various petroleum exploitation media.
