Pharmaceutical perspectives of thiazole analogues: An overview

[Display omitted] Thiazole derivatives have attracted considerable attention in medicinal chemistry due to their promising biological activities. This review article provides a comprehensive overview on the pharmaceutical applications of the thiazole derivatives, exploring their structural activity relationship and medical applications. We discuss the anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti- oxidant, BSA and DNA interaction properties of thiazole derivatives highlighting their role in drug development. This review will be a valuable resource in medicinal chemistry. This could lead to development of drugs containing thiazoles and improve bio-compatibility and efficiency of derivatives.
