Zusammenfassung:The aim of this study is to explore the effects of organizational justice perception and job satisfaction on problem solving ability. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 247 nurses working in the eight private health foundations in Ankara and İstanbul. The Problem Solving Inventory, Organizational Justice Perception Scale and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale were used in the research. The results showed that organizational justice perception and job satisfaction have important roles in developing the problem solving ability. Moreover, interactional justice has both direct effects on the problem solving ability and indirect effects on the solving ability with increasing the job satisfaction.
