RELEVANSI PROGRAM STUDI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK BANGUNAN DENGAN PEKERJAAN LULUSAN

The relevancy of Building Technical Skills Program on occupation of gra­duates. The purpose of the study is to know the information of the relevancy of Building Technical Skills Program on occupation obtained by the graduates in West Lombok regency. Data was gathered by using questionnaires from 50 graduates of Building Technical Skills Program and analyzed by using a descriptive technique. The results showed that (1) Based onof the field work, skill, and knowledge, the expertise on steel construction technique and wood construction technique were found as an irrelevant category; (2) Based on the field work, skill, and knowledge, the expertise on stone-concrete construction technique and engineering construction drawings were found as a relevant category. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi relevansi Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan terhadap perkerjaan yang diperoleh lulusan di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dari 50 orang lulusan Program Studi Keahlian Teknik Bangunan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) dilihat dari bidang pekerjaan, keterampilan, dan pengetahu­an, keahlian teknik konstruksi baja dan keahlian teknik konstruksi kayu, masuk pada kategori tidak relevan; (2) dilihat dari bidang pekerjaan, keterampilan, dan pengetahu­an, keahlian teknik konstruksi batu-beton dan keahlian teknik gambar bangunan, masuk pada kategori relevan.
