The second one includes by-laws, most of which are strategies, plans, and concepts. And the third group includes judicial acts, for example, court decisions. The main legal documents regulating mediation in Ukraine were divided into these groups. The main provisions of these acts were studied. The article outlines the main terms related to mediation as a dispute resolution process, such as mediation, mediation agreement, etc. Attention was paid to the study of the activities of non-governmental and public organizations in the field of mediation development.
