Zusammenfassung:Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare form of non‐Hodgkin lymphoma. In this report, we present 11 cases of PCNSL which were treated with high‐dose MTX and WBI with a localized radiation boost to the tumor bed. The definitive treatment of PCNSL is not clear, but most studies have indicated that high doses of methotrexate (MTX) followed by whole‐brain irradiation (WBI) can improve the outcome.
