Zusammenfassung: | The article aims to collate and highlight the need for awareness of contemporary society to create a system for the protection of non-human animals, since these are subjects of a life. In this sense, through research analytical theoretical literature, also demonstrates that non-human animals are carriers of most of the attributes of man, therefore merits the same valuation and protection to be considered as subjects of law, thus aiming to ensure their protection complete in all respects. Th roughout the work, we seek to demonstrate that the law refl ects the Company itself is constantly changing and as a result of this, the experiences change your perception transmutes. In this context, the non-human animals, deserve full attention and protection of the law. The legitimation of Animal Rights should be implemented. However, it is a long walk, to the extent that such a statement is controversial and not fully understood as legally relevant for several sectors, mainly by society. Th is article concludes in the sense that there is still prejudice when it comes to Animal Rights, because although the law is in permanent social construction, not peaceful understanding in relation to which non-human animals can be subjects of rights and leave be considered mere property of men, just objects, livestock. |
