Zusammenfassung:Sebaceous-gland carcinoma can occur alone or as one of the defining features of the Muir-Torre syndrome. Cases occurring below the head and neck are extremely rare. Here we describe the case of a 70-year-old male with Muir-Torre syndrome who had a recurrent sebaceous-gland carcinoma in the left lower extremity that demonstrated 18F-FDG avidity. An 18F-FDG-avid lower-extremity sebaceous-gland carcinoma has not been previously reported.
