Zusammenfassung:Chronic renal failure: the impact of disease and drug interactions - case report. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a worldwide public health problem. This study aimed to analyze drug interactions and describe a subject with Chronic Renal Failure (CKD). This study was based in a Clinical case, exploratory research, descriptive and qualitative approach, about from the subject was hospitalized in an institution's Health Sinop - MT. The data were collected in October 2010 through of specific interview protocols and data in medical records. The selected patient was suffering from Type I Diabetes Mellitus and hypertension, and about a year ago was diagnosed with CKD.
