Zusammenfassung: | A simulation-based multi-objective procedure is utilized in this study to optimize building envelope parameters of an office building. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for the analysis of a wide array of possible solutions. A regression based sensitivity analysis is then applied to analyse optimization results. The optimization results show that the annual heating and cooling energy savings of the optimized building amount to 70 % and 40 %, respectively, while the predicted percentage of dissatisfied amounts to 9 %. |
