Zusammenfassung: | The Bassari country benefits from exceptional heritage resources, including cultural events, ritual ceremonies, architectures, traditional objects and craftsmanship. Listed as a world heritage site since 2012 as a cultural landscape, this territory is now crossing a milestone of his history, because it is destined to welcome many tourists and foreign populations, which could destabilize the modes of traditional life of the local inhabitants. After conducting surveys, interviews and observations for months, our article proposes to analyze his potentials for tourism development, in which different forms of tourism are developed: cultural tourism, ecotourism and integrated rural tourism. These tourism practices are part of a dynamic of local development, allowing the conservation, protection and enhancement of natural and cultural properties, for the benefit of all their stakeholders, even if their harmful effects must be taken into account. |
