Dato's many international accomplishments included advising the World Health Organization at a series of consultative meetings in Milan, Italy, on their training policy or traditional medicine practitioners; being a member of the International Advisory Committee of the Government of India's panel on Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy; a key presenter and panelist at the World Ayurveda Congress in India; a keynote speaker at the European Ayurvedic Medical Association Congress in Germany.
