Emerging high-power NIR-emitting phosphor-converted LEDs
By employing a combination of adding fluxes and sintering in a CO reducing atmosphere, the prepared Cr3+ doped garnet phosphors could emit much brighter NIR light with improved thermal stability, showing promising application in high-power NIR LEDs. [Display omitted]
