Zusammenfassung:Mobbing represents a variegated and complex phenomenon, in which numerous elements linked both to the working context and to personological aspects of the mobber and the mobbed subject contribute. The victim is the subject of a series of destructive behaviors aimed at his marginalization/exclusion from the working context, with important consequences on the psychophysical, social-relational and family level. The Authors, in addition to analyzing the relevant legal, clinical and victimological implications of this phenomenon and related forms, focus their attention on the changes that the COVID-19 pandemic has generated in relation to harassment in the workplace. Particularly, it is highlighted that the reduction in the number of workers physically working on site has favored the emergence of new forms of mobbing or, better said, the spread of oppressive phenomena similar to the traditional case, such as straining and gaslighting, whose constituent traits best suit remote working scenarios.
