Zusammenfassung: | The article reveals the essence of the Soviet foreign policy towards Romania, whose purpose was the establishment of the Soviet power in this state. The methods and instruments (mechanisms) used by the Bolsheviks to promote the Communist revolution in Romania are indicated. The researcher reveals that, in order to attain the above objectives, the special secret service was set up under the command of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, which was engaged in organizing subversive, reconnaissance, and terrorist activities on the territory of Romania. The circumstances of the largest terrorist attack in Romania, organized by this Soviet special service, are outlined, and the reasons for its liquidation are set forth. |
