Zusammenfassung:Eco-innovation is a term still little known in Brazil, but that is gaining prominence. It results in the reduction environmental impacts, and the contextual factors internal and external to the organizations influence the eco-innovation. In this context, this study aims to analyze the strategic value perceptions of the eco-innovation in an Agroindustrial Cooperative of Paraná state and the influence of contextual factors in the adoption of these strategies. Therefore, it was used a qualitative research approach, through the case study strategy, using the techniques of semi-structured individual interviews and observation. As a technic to analyze data, it was used the triangulation of evidence and content analysis. This study exposed that eco-innovation strategies of the Cooperative are directed according to each business area, all are aimed to the costs and wastes reducing in the industrial process.
