The subject Final Degree Project was defined as the context of sketching and validation of the proposal, scope of implementation the design, production and defense of an integrating work of the Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems. This proposal adopts practice. This proposal adopts SCRUM practices based on previous experiences, and focused on the management of these end-of-degree productions appropriate to the context of the Computer Science discipline in relation to the information technology industry. Finally, the need to adopt agility in university contexts in the knowledge society is highlighted, considering the profile of the students of the XXI century in which many of them present experience in the industry.
