Zusammenfassung: | A large amount of agricultural organic matter (AOM) comes into soil every
day, through organic remains, and it is decomposed by bacteria, fungi and
actinomycetes (Ugarkovic et al, 2011). The aim of this research was to
select isolates of bacteria with the most organic matter degrading
potential, by isolating the bacteria from five different types of soil.
Isolation of bacteria was conducted from five types of soil - luvisol,
cambisol, chernozem, forest land and meadow. Characterization of bacterial
isolates was conducted based on morphological, physiological and biochemical
features. Isolates with the most organic matter degrading potential could be
used in the near future for conceptualizing microbiological preparation. |
