Zusammenfassung:Alcohol septal ablation (ASA) is an effective treatment for symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). Although routine use of myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) in guiding ASA has been recommended by guidelines, it has not come into common clinical practice. Here, we present three cases of HOCM where MCE helped in decision-making.
