Análisis de los gustos recreativos en el Parque Ambiental Bicentenario de Metepec, Estado de México (México)

An investigation was conducted in Environmental Bicentennial Park to identify recreational uses of visitors and determine their relationship with sociodemographic variables. Furthermore identify problems that affect the recreational service provided by the Park. The results obtained through nonlinear canonical correlation and logistic regressions, indicate that family activities and sports are important activities, while that environmental education service aimed particularly at children who are not cited as a frequent or favorite activity. There are also conflicts between users of recreational equipment. Consequently, it is necessary to develop recreational programs aimed at all users, in addition to consensus and promote respect for rules of use of equipment.
