Lesiones orales en pacientes VIH/SIDA asociadas a tratamiento antirretroviral y carga viral

Conclusión: Los pacientes tratados con monoterapia como terapéutica farmacológica antirretroviral presentaron menos lesiones orales que aquellos tratados con biterapia. Matherials and Methods: Cross-sectional study with 166 patients in Cartagena (Colombia). For collection of information, it was taken like norms the concepts of the Center for exchange of views for oral problems related to HIV infection and the parameters for clinical diagnosis of oral manifestations associated with HIV set by the WHO Collaborating Centre. Levels of viral load and antiretroviral therapy were collected from the medical record of every patient.
