Zusammenfassung: | People belonging to different cultures, ethnic origins, geographic regions, speak different languages and live together more and more in the world. This change has also found its counterpart in management practices, and diversity management approaches have begun to be included in the literature. In the light of the existing national and international literature, the study aimed to examine health professionals’ attitudes towards diversities and the factors affecting their attitudes. Considering the lack of literature in this field, the data compiled in this study are aimed to be useful in practices related to the management of diversities in the field of nursing. The study aims to provide a professional perspective on diversity and awareness of changing management paradigms for the manager nurses. |
