Zusammenfassung:Objective: Identify the impact of a training performed according to the participatory, dialogic model in the city of Anápolis-GO, with Community Health Agents (ACS), addressing the theme Breastfeeding Promotion. Methods: The survey was conducted after the training, in order to compare with the results obtained in a study conducted previously, who showed the knowledge and practices of municipal health professionals. The result of previous research has demonstrated insufficient knowledge of the studied professionals and the need to update on the issue, which led to the completion of training for ACS. Such training was conducted by the authors of this project and 14 students of medical school UniEvangélicaAnápolis and was based on the participation of ACS, who built theoretical discussions and practical situations, possibitando learning from their experiences. A total of 400 qualified ACS. The instrument used in both surveys are made of the same survey model. The aim to identify date knowledge and change of practices related to the theme, as a result of the reflective-dialogical process used in training. Quantitative analysis of the answers obtained from 106 ACS who responded the questionnaires. Results: There was improvement in the assessment of the results, highlighting the importance of health education in the promotion of breastfeeding. Conclusion: We observed a significant impact of training on knowledge of ACS team that will certainly be reflected in assistance to families in the city of Annapolis, make better use of milk bank in breastfeeding promotion and development of educational processes for health promotion of breastfeeding.
