Évaluer l’impact d’un système numérique sur le niveau de démocratie d’une organisation

Digital information systems (DIS) are ubiquitous in all types of organisations. They have a profound and long-term influence on the functioning of organisations and the lives of their members. Dialogue around these tools is necessary in the organisation. This text focuses on a tool to help with this dialogue. It presents a structured method, ISIDOR, constructed by the SI2D research team, to analyse and precisely evaluate the impact of an DIS on organisational democracy. An experimentation of the method in an organisation, carried out in the framework of a project supported by ANACT, is then presented. An assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the method is made.
