Zusammenfassung: | In this study, the effects of annealing process that is performed in different annealing parameters on bending formability of Al20204-T3 sheet material were investigated. The effects of annealing process on microstructure were also investigated. Annealing processes were carried out at RT, 200, 300, and 400 °C annealing temperatures and for 6, 30 and 60 min annealing times. Forming processes were performed with 15 ° - 30 ° - 45 ° - 60 ° - 75 ° V bending dies. It was observed that all specimens bent in V bending die with 15° angle were successfully formed in all annealing parameters. Moreover, it has been observed that in only 400 ° C - 30 min and 400 ° C - 60 min annealed test specimens were formed successfully in V bending dies with 60 ° and 75 ° die angles. As a result of the annealing process, precipitation formations were observed in the microstructure of the material. |
