Dramaturgy is used as a method with inmate actors, officers, and researcher. This study indicates the availability of money (86) in exchange for additional facilities. This facility is the basic form of cash to ensure the income is matched with the expenses estimated to be related to the prisoners’ income. In addition, this study also shows the existence of interactions between prisoner and officers in dynamic prison culture. Therefore, officers should be able to provide security and order by eliminating the provision of money.
