Factors influence nurses’ job motivation at governmental health institutions of Jimma Town, South-west Ethiopia

Nurses’ low job motivation can significantly affect the quality of service and also one factor that causes nurses drive away from the profession. The main objective of this study was to assess job motivation and associated factors among nurses working at Jimma Town health institutes.
