Zusammenfassung:Objective To investigate the effects of Yuzhi Zhixue granules on stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1)/CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) axis and endometrial fibrosis in rats with intrauterine adhesions. Methods The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and Yuzhi Zhixue granules low, medium and high dose groups(to establish a rat model of intrauterine adhesions), and were given 30 mg/kg, 60 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg by gavage respectively, once a day for 21 consecutive days. The levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) were detected by kits; HE staining and Masson staining were used to detect the number of endometrial glands and the degree of interstitial fibrosis; the protein expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 were detected by Western blot.
