Pengaruh pemberian Iodine-131 terhadap viabilitas cell line Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)

Abstract Objective: To determine the effect of Iodine-131 administration on the viability of triple negative breast cancer cell lines and the IC50 value of Iodine-131. Methods: This study was a true experimental study using the MTT assay method to measure cell line viability after being given Iodine-131 at a dose of 7.8; 15.6; 31.3; 62.5; 125; 250; and 500 µCi for 24 hours. The research sample was the MDA-MB231 cell line which represents the Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) subtype of breast cancer.
