PROGRESSÃO FUNCIONAL DAS MULHERES DIPLOMATAS NO MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES

The objective of this article is to verify and identify possible obstacles to the promotion of women diplomats in the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and the application of questionnaires to Brazilian women diplomats. Based on the data collected, the study assesses the current situation and proposes measures to overcome the main challenges in the process of promoting women in the institution.
