Zusammenfassung:The paper considers the regularities of changes in the microhardness of carbon steels during gas-laser cutting. Quantitative numerical estimates of the extent of the gas-laser thermal influence zone are made. It is shown that according to the data of durometric analysis, the length of the zone of gas-laser thermal influence reaches 2200 microns.
