Zusammenfassung:Highlights • Patient had a direct family member with TB and a suspicious CT scan. • We decide to perform PCR to the CSF looking forward to mycobacterial infection. • MRI showed images compatible with typical perivascular hypoxic-ischemic lesions seen in cryptococcosis. • Typical TB images had been described as tuberculomas (round, peripheral, well circumscribed with contrast enhancement). • Some papers reported TB images appearance similar to those seen in cryptococcosis.
