Zusammenfassung:This study compared the characteristics of posterior vitreous detachment (PVD)-related and glaucomatous optic disc hemorrhage (DH). Fundus photographs of eyes with PVD-related DH (PVD group) and glaucomatous DH (glaucoma group) were reviewed. The shape, type, layer, location (clock-hour sector), and DH/disc area (DH/DA) ratio of DH were investigated. In the PVD group, DH presented as a flame (60.9%), splinter (34.8%), and dot or blot (4.3%) shape.
