Zusammenfassung:Abstract   This study aims to analyze the physics learning independence in students in SMA N 10 Jambi City. The research was conducted by taking two types of data that is quantitative and qualitative in the research subjects as many as 26 students of class X MIA 4. Research found that 69% of students are not dependent on others, 66% confident, 58% self-control, 64% motivation, And 72% responsibility. From the qualitative data, it is concluded that the design of learning that is designed by the teacher does not match the characteristics of the students.  Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kemandirian belajar fisika pada siswa di SMA N 10 Kota Jambi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil dua jenis data yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif pada subjek penelitian sebanyak 26 siswa kelas X MIA 4. Penelitian menemukan bahwa 69% siswa tidak tergantung orang lain, 66% percaya diri, 58% mengontrol diri, 64% motivasi, dan 72% tanggung jawab. Dari data kualitatif disimpulkan bahwa rancangan pembelajaran yang di desain oleh guru tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa.
