Zusammenfassung:In this paper it is analyzed the influence of user moving in the base station cell where power control is implemented on the change of transmitted base station energy comparing to the energy, which is necessary for stationary user. It is proved by calculation that users moving leads to this energy increase. The relative increase of transmitted energy is greater if distance of moving, i.e. moving speed and connection duration are greater, if the value of propagation coefficient is greater and if starting user distance from base station is smaller. User speed of moving and connection duration as the elements, whose increase cause the increase of crossed path in a directly proportional manner, are considered indirectly, by the crossed path increase.
