Zusammenfassung: | This article utilizes the combustion characteristics of combustible materials to investigate the fire mechanisms and extinguishing technologies in substations. Experimental and simulation analyses have revealed patterns in heat release rates, flame heights, flame temperatures, flame resistance, and particulate ash. A modular solution employing a novel hot aerosol fire suppression system has been introduced. This system integrates independently manufactured alarm devices, initiation devices, sensors, and fire suppression equipment, offering either semi-automatic or fully automatic functionality. It serves both targeted fire suppression and complete immersion scenarios. By developing an integrated fire suppression and database alert system, enhanced intelligent fire protection has been attained, thereby advancing the sophistication of substation fire safety and the digitization of power networks. |
