LICENCIATURAS NA REDE FEDERAL PROFISSIONAL E TECNOLÓGICA: um estudo com dados de concluintes

The paper discusses the growth of licensure programs at Federal Network of Professional and Technological Education from 2009 to 2018, especially in programs of Biology, Physic, Math and Chemistry, as recommended by Act nº 11.892/2008 which created Federal Institutes. The text presents research issues from legislation analysis, government documents and statistic data of the Census of Higher Education. It also discusses the training of teachers in this space, since historically the institutions of the Federal Network of Professional and Technological Education have offered technical high school level courses. Finally, the analyze discuss statistical data of teacher training courses students of these Network compared to different institutions of Brazilian higher education.
