Zusammenfassung:	A model of prion diseases with impulse effects is studied in this work. First we transform the model to a system of three differential equations with impulse effects in order to study the stability of periodic solution. After that we study the general model by the mean of evolution semi group in order to find conditions of existence of mild solution.
