I. Gasprinsky`s diplomatic struggle for permission to publish a newspaper

The given article, on the basis of archive documents, reveals the information concerning the attempts of I. Gasprinsky in (1881–1882) to obtain permission from S. Petrsbourg Censorship Committee to open a private printing house in his own home, in Bakhchisaray.
