Zusammenfassung:The case of a child aged 1.5 years with a foreign body of the esophagus, whose diagnosis was hampered by a combined manifestation of 2 clinical syndromes – bronchial obstruction (prevalent) and dysphagia – is presented. Clinical manifestations, complications, diagnostic methods, results of own analysis of the structure and dynamics of the frequency of detection of foreign bodies of the digestive tract in children during the period of 2012-2017 years according to the data of the endoscopy office of the Grodno Regional Children's Clinical Hospital are described.
