Zusammenfassung: | Aim: development and improvement of disinfection methods of environmental objects, in particular liquid manure sediment and the study of environmental temperature impact on roundworm eggs. Materials and methods. The treatment of sediment of liquid manure obtained after reagent fractionation with a 10% solution of lime milk to pH 11, with further decrease of pH to 7 with a suspension of double superphosphate and gravity settling for 20 min, was carried out at temperatures minus 5; 0; +5; +15 ° С with an exposure of 5 days. Results. The effect of sludge deworming obtained at temperatures of 20–25 °С using preparations “B” and “T” (obtained from potato and pumpkin sprouts) was determined. An analysis of the experimental results allows to conclude that an increase of temperature at which the treatment of liquid manure sludge by plant preparations was performed after its reagent fractionation, leads to an increase in the percentage of dead roundworm eggs. After the preparation exposure on sludge at the above-zero-temperatures, the eggs placed into favorable conditions develop faster: at +15 °С to the larval stage, under control – morula. At temperatures minus 5 and 0 °С, after 20 days of egg exposure under favorable conditions the percentage of dead eggs is 70–71 %, at temperatures +5 and +15 °С it is 87–97 %. Conclusions: an analysis of the experimental results allows to conclude that the temperature rise at which the treatment of sediments of liquid manure obtained after its reagent fractionation with plant preparations is done leads to an increase in dead roundworm eggs percentage. It is proved that the identified plant preparations have an ovicidal effect regardless of the ambient temperature. A technological scheme for the sludge deworming (45 m³/day) obtained after reagent fractionation of liquid manure with B and T preparations was developed, its assessment by the criteria of the best available technologies was made. |
