Zusammenfassung: | Rapid changes in both the society and health care system requirenew qualified professionals who have full understanding of theprocesses in health care and of organizational health issues, andwho have knowledge and skills which enable them to introduceand direct changes in the organization of health care institutionsand companies associated with functioning of the health care system(pharmaceutical companies, health insurance, producers andcontractors of medical equipment etc.). Since this educational conceptiis completely new in our regions and induced by the motivesof a sooner and better reform of our health care system, we wantedto educate the existing managing structure in our health care institutions,mostly medical in vocation, and new students, in terms oforganization, planning and management. The aim of those studiesis to educate professionals on the basis of interdisciplinary andinternational program, specifically focused on planning, handlingand directing tasks and resources in health care. |
