Zusammenfassung: | An audit of the results of the introduction of thuja occidentalis explants under in vitro conditions without sterilisation showed that the investigated mother conifers under the conditions of the Gelendzhik district were significantly infected. It was assumed that the plants were infected under in vivo conditions, i.e. in the mother plant. In the second half of 2023, in the conditions of the Gelendzhik district, the authors set the task to study the features of container maintenance of Thuja occidentalis (Thuja occidentalis) varieties “Columna”, “Smaragd” during the fading of growth processes, i.e. in the autumn period. |
