Zusammenfassung: | The TBX20 gene plays a crucial role in embryonic development and has been involved in various diseases, such as heart defects, intellectual disability, and cancer. Herein, we have established a TBX20-knockout human embryonic stem cell line (WAe009-A-84) that maintains stem cell-like features, pluripotency, a normal karyotype, and the ability to differentiate into all three germ layers in vivo. This cell line will be a valuable resource for exploring TBX20′s role in human development and could have significant implications for regenerative medicine and disease modeling. |
