Zusammenfassung:The article describes the creation of a stress-strain state monitoring system (VAT), which made it possible to carry out a safe and reliable reconstruction of the Large Sports Arena of the Luzhniki Stadium for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. Goal. To show the process of creating a monitoring system that allows obtaining reliable and reliable stress values in structural elements and three coordinates at control points, with the help of which a deformed scheme of the structure is constructed. The devices are presented, namely mechanical strain gauges with a removable deformometer, developed at the V.A. Kucherenko Central Research Institute of JSC SIC Stroitelstvo, which received three patents of the Russian Federation No. 135927, 220058, 2808937. The methods of their installation on the structure are explained, the process of measuring stresses, as well as deflections and displacements, is described. allowing you to build a deformed scheme of the structure. A method for measuring snow load in winter is given. A VAT monitoring system has been created that allows monitoring at the stages of preparation, installation and operation of the facility and made it possible to safely reconstruct the stadium for the 2018 FIFA World Cup to meet FIFA requirements for stadiums where the opening and final matches of the FIFA World Cup are to be held. The principles of VAT monitoring, which were successfully used during the reconstruction of the Luzhniki Stadium, can be applied to meet the requirements of FIFA in other large-capacity arenas, which was carried out at the Gaz-prom Arena in St. Petersburg and allowed the 2018 FIFA World Cup matches to be held at this stadium, as well as the games of the European Football Championship in 2021.
