Zusammenfassung: | Among Romanian poets of the 60s, as far as “exploring the abyss” is concerned and in an entirely innovative fashion, Ana Blandiana stands out as the second feminine voice, after Magda Isanos.Ana Blandiana avoids what might currently be called journalistic lyricism, circumstantial or political poetry. She remains faithful to her lyrical formula, with abysmal implications or depths. The poet rejects didacticism, journalistic referentiality, as well as literary rhetoric. The purpose and mission of poetry is, in the author’s view, to see the world integrally, in its multiple relations and meanings, subject to universal laws, as is artistic thought. |
