Zusammenfassung:In the title compound, μ-di-phenyl-phosphido-μ-hydrido-bis-[bromido-(tri-phenyl-phosphane-κ )platinum(II)] diethyl ether monosolvate, [Pt Br (C H P)H(C H P) ]·C H O or [Pt (μ-H)(μ-PPh )Br (PPh ) ]·(C H ) O, the Pt atoms are coordinated in a distorted square-planar arrangement, with one hydrido and one phosphido ligand bridging in a position. In the lattice, C-H⋯·O and C-H⋯π interactions are present. This complex has a total number of 32 electrons, 16 electrons for each Pt atom. One of the Br atoms is disordered over two positions in a 0.92:0.08 ratio.
