Zusammenfassung:The main purposes of training and development in an organization correspond to the suitability of people to their culture, changing non-value-added attitudes, developing skills and adaptability to cope with the evolution and modernization of the organization. Therefore, this article aims to evaluate the level of employees satisfaction regarding the training and development provided by a multinational company in the field of truck andbus dealerships located in Cuiabá-MT. A Likert scale was used, with interviews in two administrative and operational sectors, totaling 44 employees. The data were compared with the distribution hypothesis, T student test, being estimated in Microsoft Excel version 2010. The statistical results showed that the training and development practices applied by the analyzed company are being satisfactory in the opinion of the employees.
