There has been a significant increase in the number of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction (ACLR) procedures being performed with a lateral extra-articular procedure (LEAP). However, tunnel convergence in combined ACLR and LEAP techniques has been described and can lead to damage to the graft or graft failure.
