Zusammenfassung:Objective To reveal the correlation between APACHE III score and sleep quality in patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods This prospective, observational study included patients aged ≥18 years, who had been admitted to an integrated ICU for ≥48 h. Age, sex, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) prior to ICU, Numeric Rating Scales (NRS), noise, illumination, number of nursing interventions, Richards Campbell Sleep Questionnaire (RCSQ), and APACHE III score during sleep were evaluated. Results A total of 124 ICU patients were included, all with APACHE III scores
